Framir Suwen (フラミル・スーウェン) is the mother of Otto, Oslo and Regin Suwen.

History[]
Somewhere in the past, Mazeran Suwen married Framir and took over the Suwen Company of Yaktol Suwen. Years later, Framir gave birth to Oslo, Otto, and Regin.
