Framir Suwen (フラミル・スーウェン) is the mother of Otto, Oslo and Regin Suwen.

Somewhere in the past, Mazeran Suwen married Framir and took over the Suwen Company of Yaktol Suwen, a family member of his. Years later, Framir gave birth to Oslo, Otto, and Regin.
