Gramdart Holstoy (グラムダート・ホルストイ) is a former minister of the Vollachia Empire that tried to steal the emperor's throne.
Personality
Gramdart is a greedy and ambitious man who wanted to steal the emperor's throne for himself to rule the empire. He is also mentioned to have stolen the secret flying dragon technique, causing trouble for both Balroy and Miles, even killing the former.
History
After the events in Vollachia, Cecilus Segmunt went to Lugnica to fight against Reinhard, however he had to wait until Reinhard returned from Gusteko.
