Louanna Astrea (ルアンナ・アストレア) is Heinkel Astrea's wife and Reinhard van Astrea's mother. Though not appearing in the main story, she was brought up in Arc 5 and plays a vital role in both Heinkel and Reinhard's character arcs.
She is afflicted with the Sleeping Beauty condition, putting her into in a state of suspended animation. Desperate to cure his wife, Heinkel joined the Priscilla Camp in hopes of acquiring the Dragon's Blood.

Louanna is an inhumanly beautiful woman with long blonde hair and blue eyes.
Personality[]
Louanna was a kind and easygoing woman. While she was awake, she wholly believed that Heinkel would succeed Theresia as the Sword Saint.
History[]
Heinkel fell in love with Louanna at first sight. At some point, the couple had an arranged marriage, and Louanna gave birth to Reinhard.
When Reinhard was two years old, Louanna was afflicted with Sleeping Beauty, a condition that has similarities to people who are victims of the Authority of Gluttony but ultimately a separate ailment, and she is still sleeping to this day without any changes to her body. Sometime later, Ferris examined her but determined that she didn't need to be treated. Until now, she has been in this state for 17 years.
