Echidna[]
Unlike the rest of the world, Echidna seems to at least be acquainted with Pandora, describing her to be the Witch of Vainglory to Emilia during her trial. However, she is dismissive of Pandora's power, claiming that it made her an expert at saving her own skin.
Witch Cult[]
Regulus Corneas[]
It currently remains unknown what kind of relationship Regulus and Pandora had, though Regulus can be seen addressing her with the honorific "sama", likely due to their different ranks in the Witch Cult. During the attack on Elior Forest roughly a century before the start of the main story, the two can be seen cooperating in the attack, with Regulus leading the radical faction of the Witch Cult and Pandora directing the Black Serpent to the forest. Even after Regulus' tantrum and Pandora's first on-screen death, she showed no ill will towards him, only going as far as removing his presence from the forest as well as reverting all the damage he had inflicted on Petelgeuse and the forest.
Petelgeuse Romanée-Conti[]
Pandora seemed to hold a certain amount of respect for Petelguese, for his desire to protect those he loved. She commended him for forcibly taking in the Witch Factor of Sloth despite him not being compatible with it, which resulted in his body and mind being twisted by the Witch Factor, and later even appointed him the seat of Sloth, effectively promoting Petelgeuse into a Sin Archbishop.

Fortuna holds a grudge against the Witch, claiming Pandora to be the one responsible for the deaths of her brother and his wife. Fortuna would attempt to kill her repeatedly and failed thanks to her Authority. When Pandora was trying to twist Emilia’s thoughts into opening the Seal in Elior Forest, Fortuna would attack her, though she would be toyed with by Pandora. Ultimately, this resulted in Fortuna’s death, caused by a trick Pandora used against Petelgeuse that caused him to attack her with his Authority.

Emilia[]
Pandora acted rather friendly to Emilia, stating how she had no desire to harm anyone needlessly. This was all a ruse, however, to trick Emilia to opening the seal of Elior Forest. When Emilia witnessed how she tricked Petelgeuse into murdering Fortuna, it drove her into rage and caused her to repeatedly killed Pandora, who attempted to calm her, and the Witch was disappointed at how her actions had the opposite effect intended on her.

Pandora seems to have played some part in Theresia's death at the hands of the White Whale. Afterward, Theresia was reanimated as a corpse soldier to serve the Witch Cult.
