Synposis

" - - Wonderful. You are the very image of the ideal maiden of my imagination!"

The City Hall Recapture Plan ends in failure, and the Water Gate City of Priestella is swallowed all at once by turbulent waters. After suffering a painful defeat, Subaru vows to stand again, but the evil hands of the archbishops continue to deepen the city's confusion, and increase it's peril. Fear and unease rob the people of their reason, along with the existence of beasts that should not exist in this world wandering the city. Separated from the friends they can rely on, Subaru's group bets on a long shot in an attempt to turn the situation around and save the people of the city. Striking out towards "The Illusion of A Hero"!

"...My name is Subaru Natsuki. I'm the spirit user who defeated the witch cult archbishop 'Sloth'."

From the popular web novel, this is act eighteen of defeat and fighting back. ...Carry the burden. Not only her, but the people's illusion of a hero.
