Prince Fourier makes a suggestion to take Felix to the Capital, hoping for him to learn how to use healing magic efficiently, Felix does not want to leave Crusch's side, but knowing that Felix abilities would grow if he did go, Crusch orders him to.
Upon arrival, they meet Marcos who warns the Prince and Felix that Bordeaux is around today and for them to take care as Bordeaux has a lot of prejudice against demi-humans. The Prince says that he will not allow for Felix to be mistreated and goes to the arena with Felix, a place where it is common for knights to train and get injured. There Felix is introduced to a team of healers (some of which whispers that they wouldn't want to associate with a demi-human, a fact Felix hears due to his enhanced hearing), in the end Felix decides to be trained by one of the few which did not make this comment, right before they would start Bordeaux appears, causing Felix to attempt to hide, taking this opportunity Fourier introduces Felix as a friend to Bordeaux. Bordeaux was disgusted upon hearing that the Prince was friends with a demi-human and was about to suggest for him to sever ties with Felix, The Prince, however, uses his authority to put Bordeaux in his place and scold him for his demi-human prejudice, something that Felix thanks him for at the end of the story.
